Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address or Missing Information
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, we cannot change or reroute parcels.

Failed Delivery & Returns
If a package is returned to our warehouse because it was:

Unclaimed
-
Address incorrect
-
Recipient unavailable
We can resend the parcel. (Reshipping fees may apply.)
