1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 7–14 business days, including processing time. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
4. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, we cannot change or reroute parcels. JetBlend is not responsible for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries due to missing information.
5. What if my package is lost, delayed, or damaged?
If your parcel is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us at support@jetblendaustralia.com. We will assist you and open an investigation with the courier.
6. Can I return my order?
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to being unclaimed, address incorrect, or recipient unavailable, we can resend it. (Reshipping fees may apply.)
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and Afterpay (if enabled).
8. Is my payment secure?
Yes! All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted system. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
